How a creative agency runs on Adapter Mind
Conspiracy founder Max Thoeny connected his Grok Bot to the knowledge behind his agency — giving it persistent understanding across projects, people, decisions, and tools.

Max Thoeny uses AI every day to help run his creative agency, Conspiracy. It helps him plan his day, manage projects, review work, write, and solve problems.
But before an AI agent can answer a meaningful question, Max often has to bring it up to speed: which project he means, who's involved, what the team decided, and where everything lives. He calls this “the re-explain pain.”
After getting early access to Adapter Mind, Max connected it to the Grok Bot he uses as his AI chief of staff.
Now, he can begin with the question he actually wants answered: “What’s the latest with the Conspiracy launch?”
Grok Bot's response accounts for the target launch date, a recent kickoff call, the people involved, and what's currently blocking the project. Max doesn’t have to explain which launch he means or direct the bot toward a particular Slack channel, email thread, or document. It just "knows."
Giving the model understanding
Grok still does the reasoning and writing behind the response, but Adapter Mind gives it the understanding behind the question.
Adapter is connected to the sources Max uses to run Conspiracy and maintains a persistent, source-backed understanding of the people, projects, decisions, and relationships across his work.
When Max asks something that depends on his world, his Grok Bot checks Adapter first. When he asks a generic question, it doesn’t need to.

Understanding and action
Grok Bot also has direct connections to tools such as Slack, Gmail, and Calendar. Those connections let the agent verify current information and take action, such as sending an email, editing a document, or updating a project.
Adapter gives the agent the understanding to know what matters and where to look. Direct tool connections let it inspect what is happening now and act on that information.
Together, they allow Max to spend less time onboarding his AI to the business every morning, and more time picking up where he left off.
